Email or call us
Email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 0300 330 7010 to:
- update your personal details
- tell us about a change in your circumstances – for example, if you’re more than 10 weeks pregnant or you’ve given birth
- tell us if you think you’re eligible but you cannot apply online
- request an interpreter
- turn off contactless payments on your card
- ask a question about Healthy Start
If you’re emailing us about an existing Healthy Start claim, use the email address you gave us when you applied – this will be the email we send your regular payment notifications to.
